The Funeral will be held at the Grandview 4th Ward LDS Chapel, located at 1081 West 1060 North, Provo 84604, on Thursday, March 7th, 2013, with a short viewing from 10-11am, and then the funeral service at 11am. A map and directions from I-15 are provided below.
From I-15:
- Take the Provo Center Street exit 265A
- Keep right at the fork and merge onto W Center St.
- Turn left onto 700 W
- Turn left on 800 N
- Turn right onto 1000 W
- Turn left onto 1060 N
- The LDS Chapel will be on your left
